Orders, shipping, and returns

All OMyFav orders are placed and fulfilled through our Amazon US storefront, so anything about an order you've already placed — tracking, delivery, changes, or returns — is handled by Amazon under their standard policies. We can't see or modify Amazon orders from this site, so for order help the quickest route is your Amazon order page or Amazon customer service. You can reach our store any time on our Amazon storefront.
